Returns & Exchanges

Our goal at Rabiko is to provide top-quality products and exceptional service. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we're here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Returns

If you're not happy with a product or its fit, you can return it to us. Kindly note that a return fee of Rs. 100 will be applied per product to cover processing costs, including handling, packaging, and logistics.

If Customer is eligible for Refund, Particular Customer will get refund within 24 working hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please return it to us along with your order number. Upon receiving the product and verifying the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement.

Exchange Policy

As per our policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been sold. However, we provide the option to exchange a product for a different size, subject to the following conditions:

• All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the product.

• Exchanges are subject to applicable shipping fees.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Send an email to rabikofashion@gmail.com requesting an exchange.
2. Upon receiving acknowledgment from our team, you will be responsible for returning the product to us. Please note: We do not offer a reverse pickup service.
3. Obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier company, including the courier's signature and mobile number. Rabiko cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
4. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.

Product Eligibility for Exchange

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

• Include your name, address, email address, and desired size for exchange on the parcel.

• Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Size Exchanges

You can exchange for a bigger or smaller size of the same product, subject to availability. Shipping/COD charges for both return and exchange will apply.

Cancellation of Orders

• Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at rabikofashion@gmail.com.

• By placing an order, the customer agrees to Rabiko's decision regarding cancellations.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If your desired exchange size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note via email, which can be used for your next purchase on our website. Please ensure you use the credit note within 30 days of issuance.

Partial Order Exchange

Yes, you can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. However, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Fit Issues

If a product doesn't fit and you require a different size, please request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will do our best to assist with size exchanges, subject to availability. If your desired size is unavailable, we will offer you a credit note for future purchases.

Non-Accepted Exchanges/Returns

• Exchanges/Returns due to dissatisfaction with material or color of the product are not accepted. We highly recommend thoroughly reading the product description and reviewing all product images before making a purchase. You can also contact us for further details about a product.

• Slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur due to monitor display variations. We appreciate your understanding.

• Please note that there may be a 10-12% color difference depending on your device's screen resolution and camera lighting. We do not accept exchanges or returns for such color variations.

• Exchanges/Returns will not be accepted for products that have been washed or worn.

• Products purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
